Ameriflo's foundation was laid over 30 years ago by Clayton Voege's formation of AMP Corporation. Clayton's company designed innovative gas flow control valves, and related equipment for one of the original creators of liquid oxygen systems.

Under the leadership of Jim Voege, Ameriflo evolved in 1997, and has flourished into one of the most reputable and responsible suppliers to the medical flow control valve, regulator, and medical fittings markets.
